game randomly crashes

my game randomly crashes, im not doing any certain thing when it happens, it seems to just randomly crash-im in version 1.7.1

You should always upload the output log and not just the error log. From the symptoms and the error log I would assume you're running out of memory because not just your RAM is filled to 75% but also your paging file is almost completely filled. So either you're running an insane amount of background tasks or you're using too many mods.
