I'm having issues adding custom agencies.

I wanted to add custom agencies so I installed a mod (it's not technically a mod, it just has an agencies folder in it). I removed the ones I wanted and added one, but when I see that agency offer me a contract their flag/logo is just pure white.

Hard to say what's the issue here without the config you've used to add the agency. Would you mind to post it here?

Also, is the flag you want to use a .png file and where is it located?

Yes, I know but you told us in the first post, that the flag/logo of the agency is pure white, so there is something wrong in your config file and/or the picture you want to use for their flag/logo. Without sharing more details like the content of the config it's impossible to tell what's wrong.

Well, the guide is not very helpful because it will not show us what's actually wrong in the config you've created by following the guide...That's why I'm asking for your config twice already.
