Red Blue "3D double vision" graphics glitch?

Anybody seen an issue like this? It just started showing like this today. It's almost like a double vision effect where the entire screen seems duplicated and overlaid. Colors slightly off? Happening regardless of fullscreen/windowed and resolution.

GTX 1070 on Windows 10

Looks like it was the same issue as the one linked below, and the solution worked. From the other thread:

I had no idea that my graphics card had a "stereoscopic 3D" setting. That little tidbit of information led me to the google machine to figure out how to disable it.

From Control Panel, I opened my NVIDIA Control Panel. From the left side task tree, I selected "Stereoscopic 3D>Set up stereoscopic 3D". From there, I unchecked the "Enable stereoscopic 3D" box. Problem solved.
