User_DJ
For the purpose of more advanced rocket assembly, I'd very much like for there to be support for snapping parts onto a rocket at any point and angle with proper center-of-mass snapping. For instance, in the bay of a rocket I would like to place another rocket to be deployed from that bay, with that rocket having been built sideways like a spaceplane. An example of such a part to be snapped would be a small tank with an engine on its side. I would like to be able to snap that directly in line with the center of mass without having to ensure it is a precise placement. Thoughts? Does anything we know of indicate that such features will exist in KSP2's rocket assembly? Edited August 27, 2019 by User_DJ
