After wasting some time trying to build a truly simple plane from stock parts I came up with this very simple design that can be helpful for beginners and fun for regular players as well.

She's fat and slow but if you treat her right she'll give you some fun icon12.png

See the plane in action. The landing wasn't as smooth as planned but still not too bad:
