Texture issue with ksp 1.8 parallel lines

Hi, I'm having texture issues lately where very obvious parallel lines run across the texture of the terrain. I have tried changing the texture quality in settings and even reinstalling the game, but it didn't fix the problem. Please help! my graphics card is Gigabyte GTX760 OC 2G
