MacOS Mojave 10.14.5 (18F132)

iMac 5k - late16 

Hi, i recently updated my KSP to the newest version. My problem is that KSP is now literally unplayable. I only got around 2-10 FPS and i lost my beloved science savegame. 

Is there any fix to workaround? Is it possible to downgrade the game? It ran absolutely fantastic before.
