So i was trying my new laythe seaplane until i noticed that when i pitched up the seaplane (in the lower atmosphere) it won't pitch up. I tried ro invesitigate, then i flied ksp's stock plane the aeris and when i tried pitching up it won't pitch up. Can anybody help me with this problem? (Btw the version of ksp i'm using is 1.8)
