Loading get stuck on "loading asset bundle definitions"

I just bought the game (OS: Windows 10), but I couldn't play it yet by virtue of the loading screen that doesn't go away. It gets stuck, as I mentioned on the title, in “loading asset bundle definitions”. I’ve already waited more than an hour, considering my countless tries. I have already checked the integrity of the files and reinstalled, but none of these worked. I don’t know what else I can do - apart from asking for refund.
