Parts getting twisted for no reason

So I was flying Jett Quasar's Von Richtofen spaceship and had no problems until I redocked a small probe to the side, and the engine for that probe became weirdly twisted:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1n1wToiTymk6bhNXn5nzbnJYS2lBfYcUp/view?usp=sharing

Does anybody know how this can happen and how I can fix/prevent it?

Do you have any "autostrut" option set on the engine?

Autostrutting light parts to "heaviest" and then docking them to even heavier parts can be destructive as the autostruts whip from one part to another,
