BDArmory guns not doing damage.

When using guns in BDArmory, the bullets either bounce off the thing I am firing at or get stuck in it, the target being impaled by lines of orange light that fade away after time. They also do no damage. Missiles and bombs all work, but not guns. I have North Kerbin Dynamics installed. I believe I have the latest version of BDArmory installed. When using the last BDArmory before the most recent KSP update,  bullets did not appear at all, and also did no damage.
