Almaz project, now with 100% more Soyuz!

Hi there,

The first space stations to orbit our planet were the so called Almaz or Salyut Space Stations launched by the Russians between 1971 and 1986. By combining the Kosmos Mod and the Noyuz Mod, I tired to recreat an Almaz Space Station to orbit Kerbin.

One question: How did you get this thing into Orbit? Must have been a huge rocket, didnt it?

I can never remember how to make spoiler posts either, so I wrote it down in my signature.

Anyhow, does this satellite stay together even if you time warp past x1? Every docking mod/strategy I've heard of never works past x1. Looks great by the way.

Actually, it was one spacecraft and I just sepperated the Soyuz from the Station. Sorry for the order of the images to imply that the Soyuz docked.
