A prototype ship was created from the KSP2 trailer

This supposedly interstellar ship from the KSP2 trailer is ready for Kopernicus 1.8.1 and is awaiting interstellar flight.
Parts: 280 Mass: 1638 tons
He use the same engine as on the Daedalus which works by detonating granules of deuterium-helium-3. Impulse - ~ 76000
In this prototype there is a molten salt nuclear reactor (Thorium) starting electric power of 200 mW

It focuses on the size of the standard Kerbal system.  Because for a real scale ship of the same efficiency will weigh at least 40,000 tons.
Actually, ships of this scale in KSP1 are most reasonable to launch into orbit through the cheat menu, and assume that you built it in parts. That's why I'm waiting for KSP2 - we need more features, soon we will be able to build this beauty through new gaming features.

The explosion of the first prototype. Star Wars in reality and the proof that a huge ship can withstand huge damage ...

Outstanding work! Might I know what mods are involved in creating this beauty?

Mostly Interstellar. But since this is a colony ship, one can say that there are mods for planetary bases, as well as space stations.
