Few mods don't work!

There are bunch of mods I want to install but there just don't work! I tried installing real solar system RSS, docking camera mod, onboard camera and even camera mod and many more, they just dont install I mean they don't give any error please help there are many other mods I also wanted to install but this problem is just stuck, I tried all mods when I was using 1.7, 1.8 and now 1.9 please help!!

Formatting problem

I'm not sure if RSS in particular is updated for 1.9. I do know that the full RO/RP-1 package is currently best-supported on 1.7.3, with 1.8.x support being relatively experimental.

Yes I know that and I even tried that in 1.7 but still no
