Only one Green Monolith per celestial body?

Hi, can someone tell if there is a chance that more than one green monolith appear in the same celestial body? Or it is only one?

Is it possible to have a game with no green monoliths in some bodies? What is the randomness of them?

Answers in order of the questions: Yes. Yes. Well, there is no green monolith on Jool or the sun. The positions of the green monoliths are random, but there is exactly one green monolith on each CB that you can land on.
