Game crashes and textures issues

KSP: 1.9.1 Windows 64bit

Problem: A  few days ago KSP has broken. In the begining I just have a problem with textures in VAB, it's just dissapearing sometimes. Next was problem that KSC was underwater. Then game starts crash often and often. Now it's just unplayable, crashes to desktop and black screens with and whiout any log files in 5 or 10 minuties. I tryed force run in dx9, dx11, opengl, clear reinstall and running without mod,  but it has no point. Every logs which I can find in the link below.

Cause of problem looks pretty obvious to me.

Cause of problem looks pretty obvious to me.

I have 16gb ram is it not enough? Or game can't use more memory, how can I fix it? Also, it worked fine a week ago and nothing has been changed in my PC.

Update: Tested with different graphic settings and with RAM and Video memory monitor.Ram usage around 8 or 9 Gb, but game used   around 4gb of video memory just in main menu and around 5.5gb in flight. Is it normal? For me it looks strange.

How much RAM you have is far less relevant than how much RAM is free. If there's something else running that uses much memory, that would explain it.
I have on many occasions found zombie KSP processes running long after closing the game, this may be a Unity on GNU/Linux thing, or it may not. Check your task manager for anything eating lots of memory.

Not from where I'm sitting, but then I run GNU/Linux so I'm using the OpenGL renderer. It doesn't use anywhere near 4GB VRAM at any rate.
At this point I'd try a clean reinstall of the game without any -force-whatever command line options, just in case something screwey (like duplicated textures) is going on with your install. I don't know a lot about DirectX, but I don't think it should be using that much VRAM... Or that much system RAM either for that matter, not if you have no part or graphical mods installed.

Sorry, my fault. My PC spec: Ryzen 3600x, GTX1660 Super, 16 GB, NVME SSD. I looked for application that may use video memory, but it is only KSP. I tryed clear reinstal, with deleting all game data from pc, but it didn't help.
