(IVA creation) Problem with Unity and Part tool

Hi ! I want resume my work on IVA (with MAS ) pack so I have installed KSP 1.9, Unity 2019.2.2, Last versions of PartTools and free TMPro.

When I import an existing  IVA with the PartTools pop-up all props are deleted. 
I can import props and place it and save but in the cfg files all props' coordinates are 0;0;0

I should be back on KSP 1.8 ?

Edit KSP 1.8 don't change anything
