Is it possible to modify jool with kopernicus to make a surface for it? I dont have a clue on modifying stock planets and overiding it

Also is it possible to remove the 250m auto destruction altitude for gas giants by using a plugin?

As you can see Im trying to make a landable jool mode and got stuck
