Caveman Big Tank challenge

The goal of this challenge is to, in a career mode save with no facility upgrades (feel free to give yourself as much funds and science as you wish and turn off comm network though, and feel free to cheat Kerbals to level 5), get one fully-loaded Rockomax X-200-16 tank, weighing 9 tonnes, to the desired location in one ascent from Kerbin. In no way does this imply just one vehicle launched. Just one rocket launched to orbit after being assembled on the ground.

Reminder of the limits of caveman with the tech tree maxed out:

Max parts per launch: 30.
Max mass per launch: 18000 kg.
Max vessel dimensions: 20 meters tall and 15 meters long and wide.
Max Tech Level: Tier 4 if you don't count "Start." Same tier as "Heavy Rocketry."

Manuel fuel transfer: no.
Kerbals leaving pods off Kerbin's surface: no.
Kerbals getting into pods off Kerbin's surface: yes.
Patched conics: no. Just elliptical orbit plots.



Scoring:
Each destination gives you a score for completing the challenge. You must return the tank to Kerbin's surface intact and fully fueled in order to recieve points. A low orbit is defined as <300 km Ap and a Pe above the atmosphere for planets, and within half the Moon's radius for moons.

Destination scores:
These scores are cumulative:

Low Kerbin Orbit : 1 pt

   Low Mun orbit: 1 pt
      Mun landing: 2 pt

   Low Minmus orbit: 1 pt
      Minmus landing: 1 pt

Interplanetary destinations:
for those who think the Kerbin system is too easy and want rockets with ridiculous amounts of assembly required. System bonus just means if you score any points on a planet or its moons, you get these bonus points as well.

Obviously since this is a caveman challenge, getting efficient interplanetary intercepts is very hard, so keep that in mind and quicksave before you try.

   Low Tylo Orbit: 7 pt
      Tylo Landing: 9 pt

   Low Bop Orbit: 2 pt
      Bop Landing: 2 pt

   Low Pol Orbit: 2 pt
      Pol Landing: 2 pt

   Jool System Bonus: 6 pt

Low Eeloo Orbit: 8 pt
   Eeloo Landing: 5 pt.


Rules:

Clipping is allowed.
Quicksaves are allowed.
DLC is allowed.
You get as much money and science as you want. Customize the starting rules as such.
You can turn comm network off if you want.
Kerbals are not necessary but they do have better SAS options when fully upgraded than the probe cores available at this tech level.

Cheats menu is only allowed for upgrading Kerbals and for pre-testing your vehicle. It may not be used during your actual run.
Reactionless glitch drives are not allowed.
No facility upgrades.
The Big Tank must be fully fueled all the way until the return to Kerbin.
