KSP 1.9 stuck on loading screen

i intslled 1.9 in February and it worked fine.. i didn't open it for a month and then when i tried to start it today it got stuck on the loading screen . with a small yellow bar at the bottom (loading bar )

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If that doesn’t work, go into the KSP folder and look in KSP.txt to see if there are any crashes or exceptions in it. If there are go to C:/users/your-username/appdata/locallow/squad/kerbal space program and find Player.txt, then upload that and the KSP.txt log to a file sharing site and link to them here so someone can have a look at it and figure out what’s wrong.
