KSP Console: not loading the craft from the VAB/Hangar onto the launchpad/runway

So this has been driving me up the wall, the ONLY time I have ragequit the game because it took me well over an hour just to load two crafts I needed to test.

 

So I design a craft, save it and launch but when the launch loads it loads a previous craft I had made earlier in the day. Here is a video of me opening the saved craft only for an entirely different one to be loaded up!!
