Game crashes randomly

Relatively soon after I start playing my PC will randomly crash back to the startup screen, no blue screen or error message. It just crashes randomly in the game, I have reinstalled and it still happens.

So while playing the game, your PC restarts? Does this happen with other games? Which version of KSP are you using, and what are the specs of your PC (you can find those at the very top of the KSP.txt log file inside the Kerbal Space Program directory)?

While you have the KSP.txt file open, search for crash, exc or err which might help track down the point where it crashes and why. There are more detailed log files but without knowing what operating system and game version you're using I can't really say where to look- try a global search for Player.txt or output_log.txt which might find them.
