Fuel transfer and Kerbalism

Just started a new game with very little but Kerbalism as a mod (Engineering Redux, Alarm Clock, Mechjeb2). I can’t do fuel transfer between tanks as I could in a stock game. Is this the mod causing this, do I need to unlock this somehow?
