Only graphically modded game causes random rocket disassembly.

Looking for solutions, when ever I switch to maps or time warp or randomly the some of the parts will randomly dissemble, I've tried auto strutting and adding rigid attachment and it did nothing. It was on multiple different rockets. but most common with the large faring, but it did occur with other parts.
