Installed but the app won't launch

Hello,

I recently purchased and installed Kerbal 1.9.1 for Windows 10.  My pc has Intel Core i7 and 12 GB of ram and a Intel HD 4600 graphics card.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled after updating the card driver, but I still get this when trying to launch the app, and then it just closes.

I'm looking for log files somewhere but can't find those either.  Any help?

There should be a log file within the KSP folder itself called KSP.txt, it will have some basic information and should say what exactly is causing the crash.

You'll find more detailed logs here:

C://users/your name here/AppData/LocalLow/Squad/Kerbal Space Program/Player.txt

AppData is a hidden folder so you might need to enable 'show hidden' or just bash that location (minus Player.txt and with your PC username replacing 'your name here') straight into windows explorer.
