Docking 2 vessels on or around Mun

Hello, this contract is driving me crazy!! I have spent hours on it and I cannot get it to complete, as far as I am aware all conditions have been satisfied.

The contract is in the "Explore the Mum" contract chain. It says you have to 1. rondezvous 2 space crafts around orbit of the mun. 2. Dock two separate vessels on or around Mun.

I have launched the same vessel twice so there has been 2 separate launches. The rondezvous was initially completed when I did a rescue mission with the first ship. I sent the second one up to satisfy the docking part of the contract and docked with the first ship that undertook the rescue successfully using the clamp-o-tron jr but it has not completed the 2nd contract criteria.

Can anybody see what has gone wrong here or know what I can do to fix it?

Any chance you docked with an older space station before heading to the Mun?  That might not even be a potential issue, as I don't think these contracts ask for new vessels.

Nope both vessels went straight to Mun! I was thinking it could be bugged but I don't like completing thought the debug if it's not the case!

try using different ships to dock. contracts are weird and tell you you haven't done anything when you did so... you will have to try again.

Hmmmm... Strange. As far as I know that should have completed the contract.

Do you use mods? (That mess with the contract system?) If not, then you could put the save-file (the *.sfs file) on a download-server where I can download it, and I could have a look at it.
