MechJeb2 causes loading to stall and final DLC loading

I am on 1.9.1

I have a number of mods that I've all tested and KSP loads fine. However, when I add MechJeb2 1.9, it never loads past the final DLC pack. I understand it's not the exact version but I've never had problems with a .x version off. Any recommendations or troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated. MechJeb2 1.9.1 isn't out yet so I can't just install that. 

 

I have the Steam version of KSP
