can not build the graphene fairing

Hi , still newish , i have a contract to test the graphene fairing on the launch pad.

so i build a simple setup and stick the graphene fairing to it and ........... well that's it ,  i can push on button : build fairing / edit fairing / delete fairing  but nothing happens.

i've google the planet,  but zero entries about the graphene fairing , tons about the 'regular fairings and i've used em lots of times without a hitch

If the fairing is modded, then it was broken by the 1.10 update. There's nothing to do other than waiting for 1.10.1.
