principia + RP1

Hello i try install principia + RP1 ( KSP 1.7.3) but but I can't figur out how to install the principia .I copied everything to "gamedat" but nothing changes . 
And i have and idea .
because I noticed that many people have a problem with correct installation of large packages. which, however, most of them are very simmilar .  maybe someone would share the entire game folder with installed mods such as. RSS + RO / RSS + RO + RP / RSS + RO + RP + principia / principla (+ graphic mode ofc). Some time ago I had a package with RSS + RO mods installed and nice graphics, but I remember that before everything worked, I had to get soaked and I think it would be good if someone, instead of doing instructions step by step, would just share the whole package that others could download .

What do you think about this idea ? /

Sometimes I see someone on YouTube having a very nice package with the mods I want (and nice graphics) but either there is no information what mods they have installed or there is an instruction with ten steps, which is often out of date because someone changed a few files and no longer works correct . And if instead this someone simply shared the folder with the game, it would be enough to download, extract and play, why doesn't anyone do that?

CKAN does something like what you're talking about, but not all mods are on it.

I still don't understand why someone can't upload a package with all mods installed, then just download, unpack and play. making a 20-point guide on how to do it takes more time than sending a package, e.g. to a google drive.

Redistribution usually violates the terms of the license.
