How to turn off resource requirement in the Pathfinder mod for inflatable bases?

I'm trying to turn off the resource requirement to build bases in the pathfinder mod. i cant seem to find the option under Pathfinder settings. Image 1 and Image 2 show the pathfinder settings tab, i cant find it there. Also i can't get Mod P to show up, I'm pressing Alt+P.

Thanks in advance for any help. First time creating thread, sorry if its the wrong place to post this.
