I've been working on this for a while, but I only just realized it fits very well in the forum category!

It's kinda a 'roleplay' series, and I actually like making these more than pretty much any other kind of video!

Your gravity turns seem very shallow to me- turn later and climb steeper instead of having to fly an aggressively nose-up pitch later, you might find that you get to space for less fuel (and less turning backwards!) that way.

You should see my usual gravity turns. That's pretty conservative by my standards. (Although most of my rockets are not blessed/cursed by fairing aerodynamics being nuts)
