Can I make KSP reload a plugin DLL without restarting the whole game?

Hi everybody. I'm new to KSP plugin development, currently I'm trying to figure out how I should organize my develop/test/fix cycle. More specifically, I've just created a hello world dll, KSP loaded it, now I'm going to extend it. Should I relaunch the game each time to test the plugin?
