Mod Community Base for 0.17

My Jool update:

I added the Fuel Transfer Mod, and tried to get a large fuel depot landed on Vall. To an extent, I succeed. It's a large fuel tank and can transfer fuel to & from other craft. Too bad it landed with all tanks almost completely empty!

The craft required some tall supports to get it clear of the launch tower.

79.1 tons placed into an 80 x 100 Kerbin orbit, ready for Jool Insertion burn. Just need to time warp for a while.

Landed on Vall next to the existing rover! The large middle tank is completely empty, the outer tanks only have a few seconds of fuel left.
