No parachute interface during first tutorial

During the first tutorial training mission, "Getting Started and Basic Construction", I am encountering an issue once I place the MK16 parachute on the command pod. It asks me to make adjustments to the altitude and atmospheric pressure setting, however,  when I right click on the parachute I only have the "pin" button available, not to settings "hashtag" button like I do on the command pod. I can click the toggle info, but there are no options to slide anything to make adjustments to the parachutes settings.

Try to go t the setting and enable the  [allow advanced tweakables] options.

You have RealChutes installed, which disables the stock parachute systems. I’m guessing that since you’re doing the tutorials you’re very new to the game, so I suggest you don’t use mods until you know the basics of the game; once you’ve learnt that stuff, mod as much as you like, but it’s best to start off simple- this is rocket science after all!
