Playing in 1.8.1 using Galileo's Planet Pack

I want to try to make a colony with USI, but I cant since all but the two smallest drills are missing.  (MEU-100 and MEU-100-A.) Is there some sort of mod conflict that could cause this?

I have my player log here, but when I try to open it myself, Notepad immediately stops responding.
