I'm pretty much stuck with the test stand from Modular launch pads spinning, this is not my first time having this problem, I also had it with a different type of launch clamp that I forgot the name of. But I basically cannot get out to the space center no matter what. I could try forcing KSP to turn off through the task manager, but it is a pain waiting for KSP to load. Also, I cannot even try to use cheats as a way to fix this, they apparently don't work. The only method that I knew that worked was the one in which I used Kerbalism to switch craft, but there are no crafts I could use at all.
