Minmus, a moon of Kerbin. One of the closest objects to Kerbalkind. Ever since the development of the first minty green snacks such as cookies, Kerbals have been questioning if "does Minmus taste like mint ice cream? Or is it something else?" Though Kerbalkind hadn't had the capacity for building rockets ever since The year -50. War had destroyed the land in the place the first rocket technologies had developed. All that remained was an island named Baikerbanur. Today the Kerbal Space agency had developed a rocket that was able of launching to a sub-orbital trajectory, followed by one able to reach an orbital one. 

The people considered it as either the example of good news for Kerbalkind or a future example of an ICBM for war.
"We are at the KSC after the launch with Wernher Von Kerman, tell us, Von. What do you and Gene have in plan for this agency?" The news reporter asked

"Well, we at the KSC are hoping we can get something at Minmus at some point. Though I'm sceptical on Minmus having any sort of mint on it" Wernher responded, following with "I guess spirits just an all-time high here"
After some time of conversation with the local Khippers Cookie Republic news reporters, Wernher could go back to his work.
