mosso
Hi, I bought a MacBook Pro from 2019 a while ago and tried Running KSP now. Its working fine, except I cant figure out how to switch Ships in Flight, there seems to be no way. When I have for example a Kerbal on EVA, I can only switch the ship in the Map mode by clicking on it, not with any key directly switch to the ship and back (I have tried every one), it was working on PC before. I have checkes in the Options of course, many of the assigned Keys don't seem to do anything when I press them ingame. I have German Keyboard, I have looked in the Forum before, I couldn't find the exact issue but read something the controls may not work with German Keyboard? but they did on. PC. Currently under Input/Game/General: to "focus the next Ship" "+" is assigned, to "focus the last Ship" "Ü" is assigned And under '/Camera to "Reset Camera" "^" is assigned to "Pass Camera" "V" is assigned all the Keys for the Camera do nothing except "C" for changing the Mode is working My controls are on Standart Its sad that its not working, because it really limits the game so much and isn't that fun. Thanks for the help!!!
jimmymcgoochie
Try changing the key binds to use different keys and see if those work. Alternatively, add an English keyboard layout in the Mac settings and use that when playing KSP- this might be tricky if the keys are different though; that could be solved by getting an English-layout keyboard just to play KSP with, but that seems like a pretty extreme solution. Cattette
Foreign keyboards should still work. My Swedish keyboard can switch between vessels with the 'å' and 'ä' keys without me even having to change any settings. You know when you've spent too much time on the internet when you call your own native language "foreign" :p
