Creating "action group" for a mod part?

What I know about creating action groups is...nothing.  What I would like to do may not even be possible? I have a Laythe science lander with 4 USI large inflatable floats attached, for water landings. Is it possible to create a custom action group to inflate/deflate all 4 of these floats with a single click?
