Does anyone understand what's going on with this weird IVA glitch?

I have several IVA mods installed, but the issue was going on before I installed them I believe. The mods are RPM, ASET, and DE_IVA I believe. 

Essentially, parts external to the IVA view as well as the surface and buildings are visible before the actual IVA view is. Its really trippy.

This bug makes IVA use pretty much impossible. Any suggestions on how to fix it? I'll be happy to provide more details.
