My stock parts are missing

Using ksp 1.11, and several mods.

Hello.  I want to ask  to bring missing stock part back.

Hours ago, I delete and installed several modes like scaterer, JSI etc. After with the mode, I turn on the ksp. But in the game, many of stock parts are missing like MK1, MK1-2, basic fins, solar pannel, battery pack, several anttena,landing legs,  lavatory, cupolar, mystery Goo, therometer.......many of stock parts are missing.

I`ve already tried steam check cache but parts are still mising.

Is it just an error???      Or I delete some game file by mistake???

What should I have to do????

Most of the times there's a problem with mods, a log is needed to help find where the issue is: here's a guide on how to share your log:

Since you say you deleted some stuff, there's a chance you deleted too much. If you got KSP via Steam, there's an option to fix your steam install (can't be more specific, I'm not a Steam user).

A KSP reinstall is a good first attempt anyway.
