I've got a few on Laythe in my current sandbox. This one is a self-contained base with living quarters, remote probe command capability, drill, ISRU, and lab. Also a docking port with a ramp for rovers (no rovers there at this time though), and a walking ramp for kerbals. An engineer did a bit of EVA construction to level it. 

The Kosmodrome also features a mobile drill/ISRU unit for refuelling craft in-situ.

Sea Base floats in a bay about 50 km from the main base. It's serviced by seaplanes. It has a 100G relay dish for a direct connection to Kerbin. 

It comes equipped with a submarine docking port, and a tiny nuclear-powered mini-sub.
