Some parts vanished in 1.11

The PPD-10 Hitchhiker Storage, PPD-12 Cupola and MPL-LG-2 Mobile Processing Lab just vanished  from the editor part menu and all saved ships with any of these parts are shown as incompatible (if a part with this exist in a scenario/mission) or containing locked/invalid parts (if a saveship for a normal game). The files for these parts seem to still exist.

Mods:

All mods in the KSPI-E mod pack (KJR, Warp Plugin, Photon Sail, Tweak Scale, Hide Empty Tech Tree Nodes, MM, DecouplerShroud, Filter Extensions)

Kerbal Alarm Clock

Station Parts Expansion Redux

Kerbal Reusability Expansion

Near Future Props

Both DLC packs are installed.

Just a guess, but SSPX (station expansion redux) changes the models for those three stock parts so might be the culprit here. It’s impossible to say without seeing the logs though so please read this guide and post your log files:

Make sure you have the right versions for your version of KSP and all their dependencies. When did those parts disappear and what did you do before they disappeared (any mods installed/updated/removed etc.)?
