Craft sinks into the ground

I am having this problem where my craft keeps sinking into the ground. It's weird. I first had it with Dreskiller Base and Kopernicus installed, I deinstalled it, had the same problem. You can see a demonstration below. The craft worked just fine in 1.10, but doesn't anymore in 1.11, because it keeps sinking.

Does this only happen on Minmus, or does it occur on other bodies as well?

I haven't tested this on other planets. It would be hard as well too, since Minmus is the only place with flats

I experienced something similar on Thatmo in OPM, started a base there using mks and things started randomly sinking into the surface.
