I think cameras are needed, so they can be used to take pictures of the planets and its moons, I also think that the game needs more experiments.

There are a couple of really good mods that add cameras, if they were stock I wouldn’t complain.
 

Regarding science, I’d prefer more experiments that are tied to specific planets/moons like (purely made up on the spot example) a surface scanner that only works on Dres, giving you a reason to send a mission there.
