Bad mod interaction with Contract Configurator, causing career mode to be unplayable

Problem: Console log is spammed with the following error, causing  career mode to be unplayable, prevent me from exiting buildings, save the game or load the VAB :

Reproduction steps:

I've tried isolating Contract Configurator on its own, and I've also removed all my contract packs. I also tried removing Clickthrough blocker and any mods that rely on that, but that wasn't the issue.

I got it fixed, turns out it was the remotetech contract pack
