A problem whit ksp 1.11.1.3066 whit mods.

I installed some mods and launched KSP. When it launched Module Manager had a fatal error. I seed log and deleted the errors that were linked whit mods. (This happend multiple times.) I reinstalled Module manager and launched KSP. It launched but then Tweak Scale had a fatal error and said that my savegames can be corupted. Can someone help me how to fix this?

B9 part swich said that there is a serious warning but its every time for me. But KSP said there was a error too. I did not take screenshots unfortunatly.  Can someone help me how to fix this?
