Issue with recovering vessel

I just made a new science save and on my first launch i hit "recover vessel" and it froze up and gave me the message  box with the report error to microsoft and stuff.

Does anyone know how to fix this? 

I dont think any of my mods are the problem but if you want me to follow up with the list then ask.

 

And when i went to open up the ship again it just crashed. I luckily didnt lose anything serious but its kinda annoying

Can you give me your log file for that error? Maybe it shows specific info that might help.

Thank you for the message but i already got it figured out. Just had to make a new save file, i cant remake the issue again
