Tundra Exploration Gojira Bug

The fuel tank part of the Starship (second stage) flickers. The heat shield part flickers between existence and non existence.

I can't change the fuel tank to the SN mode (without the heat shield) so i think the problem root is from B9 part switch, but I redownloaded both mods to get no results.

I suppose that something is still wrong in Module manager? I really don't know.
