Water not displaying

I uploaded  some mods and since the,my games's water is not displaying anymore,but on my other computer theses mods works just fine

Are the game/mod/dependency/settings /versions the same on both computers? Could be easy to have v1.3.6 and v1.3.7 as an obscure dependency for example.

And the in game settings are the same? What are the differences in spec between the 2?

There is absolutely no difference but a mod I installed called near future electrics.but I decided to get rid of all my mods and the problem was solved.
I then tried to reinstall 2 of my mods,waterfall and GEA lite and the problem is still going on

Ok,i discorvered the source of the problem,GEAlite.I got rid of it and water's back but a there is still a lots of weird bugs with my install (waterfall is not on it anymore)

Can it be module manager because the mods works on 3 different versions?
